Dr. Deák graduated from the Dental Faculty of the Semmelweis University, then started to work on the Dental Surgery department of the Vas County hospital. He mainly specialised in more complicated problems that require bones replacement due to lack of sufficient bone tissue. His expertise in implementation goes back to 30 years.

In 2015, he was the first to raise the role of genetic mutation in the aetiology of peri-implantitis and jaw bone death caused by medication.

Since 2021, Dr. Deák has been actively participating in the professional training of dentoalveolar oral surgeons as a tutor, he is currently supervising the professional training of two resident oral surgeons at Semmelweis University.

Dr. Deák has tens of years of experience, and has also worked in Australia, South Africa and England.
